As CMV Awareness Month draws to a close today, RNZ has featured news of a feasibility study to introduce routine checks for congenital cytomegalovirus currently underway at the University of Auckland, led by our clinical director, Holly Teagle.
Hearing House parent and CMV awareness advocate Sarah Percy talks about her family's experiences of living with congenital CMV after her daughter Camden was diagnosed with single-sided deafness as a result of the virus.
