Receiving a diagnosis of hearing loss can be a difficult time for you and your family.
We have partnered with the AUT counselling programme to provide any of our clients with counselling services.
Hazel Benson-Dawe is a third-year counselling student and available at The Hearing House on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 4pm for the rest of the year.
Meeting with Hazel is an opportunity for you to speak with someone, to be listened to, to express your feelings and emotions and any concerns that you have and to feel supported.
