Could you help a deaf child learn to listen and speak with a generous donation of $20 a month?
Since 1998 The Hearing House has helped hundreds of deaf children learn to listen and speak. And now we need your help!
Finding out your child has a hearing impairment is one of the hardest things any parent has to face but with the help of cochlear implants or hearing aids, most deaf children these days can develop natural sounding speech.
Each year The Hearing House needs to raise more than $600,000 in order to ensure it can continue to provide free therapy and audiology services to deaf children living in the upper North Island. And while we are fortunate to have support from many major trusts and foundations, we need your support to continue to provide high-quality services to all the deaf kids that need our help.
In August 2013 we launched a new fundraising programme, Hearing House Heroes, that aims to encourage small regular donations. We’d love you to become a Hearing House Hero and give us a regular donation of a minimum of $20 a month in order to help deaf children. And if you work for a company that has a social conscience, we’d love them to become a corporate Hearing House Hero and generously donate $100 a month.
Every single gift helps – and we’re really counting on your support if possible because your donation will help us transform the life of a deaf child forever.
We really need financial support from supporters like you to make a difference in the lives of as many deaf children as possible.
