Our CentresElly is profoundly deaf as a result of meningitis. Elly now attends The Hearing House regularly to learn how to listen with her cochlear implant and to speak. Elly is a gorgeous and happy little girl who always has a beautiful smile on her face.

Our Centres



The Hearing House provides services to children in the Northern region. We are based in Greenlane, and provide an outreach service in Hamilton.

The Hearing House is based in Greenlane, Auckland. The Greenlane centre includes Auditory-Verbal Therapy rooms, The Hearing House Preschool and an Audiology suite.

Waikato
After recognising that there were a growing number of children in the Waikato region that require our services, The Hearing House formed the Waikato Outreach Programme. This Programme involves The Hearing House staff travelling regularly to the Waikato region to provide Auditory-Verbal Therapy; Family support; and Transition to School.
